Whether it's help registering your luggage tags or some information about our service, please refer to the appropriate detail below
Airline Approved
To create an account and register your first Trace Me tag please click the "Register Tags" button in the main navigation. Be sure to have information about your luggage to-hand; including your Trace Me serial number, make, model, description of the luggage item and not forgetting a picture or two (optional) - Please remember the system will only accept JPEG images, no more than 2mb in file size.
However, if you already have an account, please sign-in and click "Add luggage tag" and follow the online instructions.

To update your personal details or to add additional tags to your existing account please click "My Account" and sign in.
If you forget your password please go to "My Account" and click on the link "Password Help", simply provide the email address you used when you initially signed up. Click send and a new password will be issued immediately to your email account. If your password does not appear within your inbox check your junk/spam folder.
